Are there three people in your party? If so, they will get a good night’s sleep in our comfort 3-bed rooms. In this room category you can enjoy our newly renovated shower baths. After a conference, hike or trip to Hamburg, you’ll get a good night’s sleep with us.

Christine Buchholz
Christine grew up in the Eiche and has had a hand in things here all her life – from the sink to the housekeeping and even in the kitchen, where she has washed dishes and cooked, and she has always been in direct contact with the guests, when she served drinks and food to them at a young age. After qualifying as an advertising management assistant, Christine was then responsible for marketing in the Maritim Hotel Reichshof in Hamburg, as well as for the Baltic Sea hotels belonging to Maritim Hotels. She returned to the Flair Hotel zur Eiche in 2008, and in 2013 she took over the family-run business from her parents, together with her brother Jan Philip, which was followed by major renovations and the creation of Henry’s restaurant. Christine never stands still – three children followed, as did many animals and training as an assistant sommelière.
