We cook in a very conscious and creative way using seasonal products from the region: Heide potatoes from farmer Till from Heidenau. The meat and fish come from our region here in the north. At Henry’s you can eat breakfast and dinner, and hold celebrations and conferences. Oh yes, you can also simply chill out and enjoy a refreshing beer in our pub. Kiek mol in!

Jan Philip Stöver, who was voted Flair Cook 2020, puts great emphasis on providing sophisticated, modern and above all sustainable country house cuisine. “For me, the overall impression of a dish is important. It must look just as good as it tastes.” The seasonal produce at Henry’s which achieves speciality status thanks to the careful preparation thereof and the fresh spices which are used is turned into healthy dining creations. Jan Philip is a chef full of ideas and passion, whose kitchen is a hive of activity. “Every day is different, and every day is a new mission. The biggest compliment is when the guests are happy and return.”
